酒店整體氛圍感好，前枱職員服務積極友善，房間小小的，可勉強容納兩個29寸行李箱，會聽到門外有人經過和説話，但不影響作息，12:00后比較安靜，推薦入住！

Conveniently located near Shinjuku Chuo Park and about a 10-minute walk to Tochomae Station. Our room was on Level 3, facing an apartment. It was relatively quiet since it didn’t face the main road, though we occasionally heard guests talking loudly in the corridor.
On our check-in day, we were glad to find a Chinese restaurant still open after 9:30pm for a late dinner, and also grabbed some snacks from the nearby Family Mart.
In the morning, we enjoyed fresh pastries from the bakery and hot coffee from the restaurant.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at The Knot—although the room was compact, it was comfortable.

Small room but fine with us as we only stay for one night. Otherwise it is too small and do not except you can have free upgrade although they are not full house lol

地點不算好，離地鐵步行最少15分鐘，周圍只有一間超商，用餐不方便，一樓大廳公共空間很大，但房間極小，無法完整打開一個大行李箱，只能放房門口，不然廁所門打不開，浴室跨進去的高度過高，非常不安全，而且始終有沼氣的臭味，床鋪不算舒服，躺著身體會發癢，特別是枕頭，極小極硬，一翻身床墊就會發出彈簧聲音，不論是隔壁或是走廊都是無隔音，整晚隔壁在聊天或是走廊在嬉戲，都一清二楚的，只有服務人員算是較好的，但英文溝通不算順利～～雖然是連鎖企業，但新宿店不會再有下一次了
