Excellent hotel, very well situated, with friendly staff, easy check-in and out, fabulous onsite bakery. Our room was a little small by European standards but perfectly adequate. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us

2 night stay. About 15 minute walk to Shinjuku shopping area, super convenient. Small rooms but appropriate for Tokyo. Bar and bakery downstairs which was nice. Good place to stay and would recommend to tourists visiting Tokyo.

Great hotel! Fantastic service, excellent on-site restaurants and comfortable rooms! We will definitely stay here when we come back. Love it.

出門就有中央公園夜景??很漂亮。
但價位比較高一點。

A lovely modern hotel. However location is really far from central Shinjuku. I doubt I’ll stay here next time. Room is modern and clean though.

ホテルの立地もパークビューの部屋からの景色も良かったのですが、床の上には埃の塊があり、テーブルの上には、前に宿泊された方の使用済アメニティ（コーヒー等）の空き袋が2ヶ所に殘されていました。
ベッド（２臺の內１臺だけ）はきしむ音が気になり、スプリングも良くないため背中が痛くて何度も目が覚めました。とても殘念でした。

Hotel was fairly modern, nice restaurant area with bakery on the ground floor. Location wise, not too far from Shinjuku station with a nice park in front of the hotel.
Downsides were that they are having work done until the end of the year and I was told no one will be working until 10am each morning but on my first morning there were men erecting a scaffold directly in my window so I couldn’t open the curtains.
The bed and pillows are extremely hard too but reception was very happy to provide new pillows and a soft mattress topper by the time I got back to the hotel on my first day out.

Quieter/ calmer part of Shinjuku yet accessible. Walkable to a couple of metro stations and convenience stores. Compact room with amenities. There was a bakery located at the first level that serves fresh bakes every morning.
