酒店整体氛围感好，前枱职员服务积极友善，房间小小的，可勉强容纳两个29寸行李箱，会听到门外有人经过和説话，但不影响作息，12:00后比较安静，推荐入住！

Conveniently located near Shinjuku Chuo Park and about a 10-minute walk to Tochomae Station. Our room was on Level 3, facing an apartment. It was relatively quiet since it didn’t face the main road, though we occasionally heard guests talking loudly in the corridor.
On our check-in day, we were glad to find a Chinese restaurant still open after 9:30pm for a late dinner, and also grabbed some snacks from the nearby Family Mart.
In the morning, we enjoyed fresh pastries from the bakery and hot coffee from the restaurant.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at The Knot—although the room was compact, it was comfortable.

Small room but fine with us as we only stay for one night. Otherwise it is too small and do not except you can have free upgrade although they are not full house lol

地点不算好，离地铁步行最少15分钟，周围只有一间超商，用餐不方便，一楼大厅公共空间很大，但房间极小，无法完整打开一个大行李箱，只能放房门口，不然厕所门打不开，浴室跨进去的高度过高，非常不安全，而且始终有沼气的臭味，床铺不算舒服，躺着身体会发痒，特别是枕头，极小极硬，一翻身床垫就会发出弹簧声音，不论是隔壁或是走廊都是无隔音，整晚隔壁在聊天或是走廊在嬉戏，都一清二楚的，只有服务人员算是较好的，但英文沟通不算顺利～～虽然是连锁企业，但新宿店不会再有下一次了
